Testimonials

The success of our clients is what speaks volumes for us

When our clients are successful, we know that we've succeeded in our mission.

"THANK YOU You did an amazing job with the sales team. It was a great eye opener for all of us. I appreciated your style in letting the conversations flow and allowing the "D"'s to interject. As you know, usually when you say, "Sales Seminar", right away the sales people get all, "waste of time", "I know what I'm doing", "I've got better things to do". But, after your session, all agreed it was well worth the 2 hours. It was very informative, interesting and will be very useful moving forward not only in their business world but also personally."                                                                               - Michael J Haberer, General Sales Manager, 91.7 GIANT FM / COUNTRY 89

"Lisa recently led a training seminar here on April 9, 2015 that was attended by 13 sales staff. The seminar served to refresh what we already know and keep the sales staff motivated. This group ranges from 66 years old to 24 years old, with various skill sets. We were given a book entitled, The Sandler Rules and advised to do some fore study. We were 2 books short but Julianna stopped by the office and made sure we had the additional copies well before the event. The 2 hour seminar and material was very well received by all. Lisa engaged the group well, was interesting and kept things moving along. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team at Sandler Training. She does a great job."                                - Peter J. VanDyk, Partner, P.V & V. Insurance Centre Ltd

Kitestring Creative Branding Studio

Industry: Marketing

Katie Stiel, Director of Client Services at Kitestring Creative Branding Studio, discusses how Sandler/Endurance Partners Inc. has helped her succeed.

"Turkstra Lumber started working with Lisa Von Massow from Sandler Training in the fall of 2013. We have a large sales team (approximately 50 people) that have a wide range of sales responsibilities. Lisa put together a customized program that allowed us to give the entire team a full overview of the Sandler process and also a more specialized approach for the different roles within our team. As well, we hired Lisa in the following spring to facilitate a one day session to reinforce our previous training and to further expand our sales skills. The Sandler system has been a great fit for our company. The structured approach is easy to understand and it is flexible enough to work with all of our different sales roles. It has provided us with a common sales language and it is not unusual to hear terms such as "pain", "up-front-contract", "dummy curve", or "reverse" from any of our sales people. Lisa is an excellent speaker and teacher and she took the time to better understand our business in order to help make the training more relevant to our team. As a sales manager, I've appreciated the fact that Sandler has many resources that we can use in our monthly sales meetings to reinforce the training. We also use Sandler for DISC assessments and the Foundations Training Program for all new sales hires. This has made it easier for me to integrate new employees into our existing sales culture. Most importantly, Turkstra Lumber has seen very positive sales and margin growth since implementing the Sandler system in our organization."

"Lisa had invited me to attend her 4 week Sales Training Program starting mid January. As someone with 30 year of sales experience it would be easy to believe that I knew it all when it came to sales but I am always keen to learn more and more. What a great program it turned out to be. I was forced to view some of the old techniques in many different ways. There was a strong focus on closing sales by controlling the process. The entire controlling sale process when presented by Lisa was truly enlightening. There were new new techniques on controlling the sale which were explained thoroughly, shared with my classmates and when analyzed as a group, made more and more sense. But would they work? I can tell you that in the last 6 weeks since completing the course, I have closed 3 new clients which I am not sure I would have done as efficiently if at all if it wasn't for Lisa's class.

If you are in sales in any way then you owe it to your future success to make the time to take one of Lisa's classes. It took a fair bit of time out of a week but that is what we do. We invest out time and money on ourselves and Lisa's class and Sandler Training will pay you back (and then some) in no time at all.

Thank you Lisa, my sales have grown far in excess of the time or money invested to get there. I encourage anyone who relies on closing sales to thrive and survive, to sit down and talk to Lisa about her program. It will be a very worthwhile and profitable discussion!"                                                                                                                                                          - Phil Kriszenfeld, Transitions Mediation and Consulting Group

Back in March, Christine Line told me she thought I would benefit from doing a sales training course at Sandler Training with Lisa von Massow and, boy, was I NERVOUS! But I wanted to! I have always had a negative feeling towards sales and, while I did sell, I never felt truly comfortable with it. I always felt like I was tricking people or manipulating them. I would get so nervous, be too chatty and try so hard to make them comfortable that I would totally over
compensate! Not to mention, working with Christine Line is intimidating and the pressure was on! Christine could sell someone a winter jacket in July!

Since completing the 4 week sales training course I can confidently say that I CAN sell and feel AWESOME about it! Lisa explains everything in a way that just MAKES SENSE! Sales is just a conversation! I had never looked at sales like that. Lisa pushed me out of my comfort zone in a way that felt more like encouraging nudge. I found myself looking forward to going to Sandler Wednesday afternoon for our session and every week the nerves dissipated more and more. Not to mention, the skills you learn with Lisa translate so much farther than just for use in sales. I have found that I am using them in everyday conversations! I communicate with people differently and in a way that has been leading to more meaningful, understanding
conversations.

If you’re looking to increase your sales, learn how to have that tough conversation and even
learn a little bit about yourself, give Lisa at Sandler Training a call.

"I would like to thank you, once again, for the wonderful job that you did for us at the recent IWLA Economics of Warehousing & 3PL Sales course in Niagara Falls, NY. Not only did you hit it out of the park with the session that you put together on "Dealing With the Savvy 3PL Buyer" and "How Will You Grow Your Market Share", but you pulled the "hat trick" with the manner in which you facilitated the final session of the day, "How to Approach Your Market"!
I realize that I used both a baseball and hockey reference there, but don't let that distract you from the amount of appreciation that I, along with the other event committee members, and the participants have for the time and talent that you shared with us! Your speaking style inspired confidence, your content provided real, actionable, value to the participants, and your professionalism and sales expertise enabled our panel discussion to flow smoothly while ensuring that the messages were relevant to the varied audience.
You accepted our invitation to speak at our event with little notice, further accepted the role of facilitator for a third session of the event, and then even offered to be a resource to the course participants after the class! You are a world-class pro in my book!"

Patti Engineering

Industry: Engineering

Samuel Hoff, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Patti Engineering, talks about how his company’s sales more than doubled after Sandler sales training. “In 2007, we were a bunch of really good engineers and really bad salespeople; now we’re the same good engineers but we’re a lot smarter about the sales process.” In 2007 the company did a little less than $3 million in business and spent $1.10 for every dollar it made. Last year it did $7.5 million in business and spent 88¢ for every dollar it made. “My personal income is seven times what it was in 2007,” says Hoff. “That’s living proof of the success of Sandler.”

Ken Harris is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Health o meter, which manufactures devices for the medical community. He describes his history with Sandler, which spans 15 years and four companies. “Sandler is the one process I’ve seen that puts customer behaviors and salespeople behaviors together to help the customer in a way that ends up helping the company.” Harris uses a sports analogy to describe the impact of a great system, whether in college sports or sales training: “In a college team, turnover is every four years by definition, yet dynasties exist because they have good systems. Sales is also a skill set that needs to be constantly honed and, for me, Sandler is the only method that provides that level of consistent and intimate training.”
